Are P80s legal to carry

Just got a 3D printer and was wondering if it is legal to print a lower and build it then carry it I don't intend to sell or transfer the handgun to any person other than myself?
 
Not a lawyer, just opinion here…
But If you can build it legally then I don’t see why you can’t carry it legally.

But think of the downstream implications if you’re involved in a shooting and your P80 is confiscated by the police. No serial number(s) could raise some unwanted questions

Not concealed. Only handguns (with permit), tha's my understanding. No other firearms or weapons.

I think tha's what you meant.
 
In the same way you can carry your own reloads, yes, it's legal. Though it's the gun equivalent of filling your bathing suit with chum and swimming in shark infested waters.

And I say this as someone with about a dozen self-built handguns. Not saying I'll never carry one, but kinda hard to justify when I prefer the reliability of a factory built gun in that scenario too.
