He can still make bad deals with Iran, et al, just can't call them treaties. Still nominate lunatics that can't tell you what a woman is to be Federal judges. Merrick Garland will still be running his Brownshirt squads. The IRS will still be targeting conservatives. The ATF will still be running gun stores out of business for misspelling street names and kicking in the doors of gun owners.

I am gonna need to do some research on updated senate rules (or my knowledge on filibuster) for cloture before a bill is moved to the floor for voting. It’s always been 3/5 of Senators (60) for cloture and hence overcoming a filibuster.

Judges will have to be approved by committee, and if the GOP has the majority, they can decline the nomination.

Even now with 50 votes, Sienema and Manchin won't give in to allow a rule change concerning filibuster. So 52 votes would overcome the hurdle to change rules.

Now, that make sense. Biden assumes the +2 senators will be onboard with blowing up the current senate rules.

All you guys talking about after the 21st … do you think the GOP really wants Biden out and Harris in? I am torn as to how much more damage she can do versus him? Her appointments and EO’s & foreign deals that she seems to feel needs to be more Progressive than Biden has leaned. Her Borders actions are likely worse. Honestly between the two Biden is the less damaging … maybe.

If the Red Wave does occur the VP nomination process would be interesting and likely not got thru so no VP. That means no President of the Senate to break any possible ties … good thing but that would likely happen if there was the Red Wave.

I think it would be in the GOP's best interest to keep him in the WH and 'manage' him by having control of all the committees.

the 21st refers to the seating of the new congress (which everyone hopes will sway the balance of power), it has nothing to do with removing brandon

It's not about what the GOP wants. It's about what the Democrats want.

I can't think of a single person of the Democrats who would BETTER serve conservative political benefits than maintaining that retard in the White House.
