No he isn't. You literally just admitted that they are not using the tool of enforcement.

Still a lot of left bias in this article, but it indicates that the battleship is beginning to turn.
 
How can someone educate them into that level of stupidity? The double talk. Refuting some of their own points without acknowledging it. Buying the lefts BS with little more than an "oh well, guess we have to believe them." Quoting people with a proven agenda to "make your point". I gave up. The sad part is that it passes for balanced anymore. That author has an obvious leftist bent and they are trying desperately to maintain it. They think they know everything and they know almost nothing. Which makes it nearly impossible to talk to these people.
