I’ve had their sandwich in TN … the chicken club is excellent if you get light mayo … otherwise they glop it on and the bun gets soggy. I kinda compare them to Zaxbys … not Bojangles.

Lol, they think they can compete with a cheddar bo?
Can you still get those? I thought they were taken off the menu. Just did a search and found some story about locations in eastern NC keeping them on the menu. I haven’t asked for one in awhile around here, and know they’re not listed anymore.

Oh yes, still available, around here anyway.

I like Bojangles now as much as when I started getting their biscuits in Charlotte around 1978-79.

I pity the fool that thinks I’ll stop eating their yardwalkers.

For as much as I like the place, Bo has forced me to stop going there, in my area at least, due to the inept employees they hire.

I usually can’t even get in the parking lot they’re so busy (or slow), so I end up at one of the other chicken joints on 401 in The Quay.

I have had better biscuits than Bojangles. I've had better chicken, better dirty rice, better fries. But I've never had better of all of them in a single place. I'm all about Bo's!

With chicken sandwiches that look like this, they’ll kick bo’s butt in less than a month.
The horrible employees that have at the three local ones are so bad that its a wonder they are still in business.

I have to say I love Bo’s chicken...
but MacDonalds makes a better biscuit.
That’s right. I said it.
Although Hardees started the whole fast food biscuit thing in the early-mid 70’s

Whenever you guys start comparing Chicken joints I think about the intrepid reporter covering the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina who stuck his microphone in the face of a little old lady dressed in her Sunday-go-to-meeting finest and said he heard a lot of Churches had been destroyed and she says "yeah I heard that too but I always liked Popeye's better anyway"... 😜

That sorry excuse for a chicken sandwich that MCD is pushing is just nasty. Chick Fil A then Popeye's is what I like. BOJ ran out of supreme again,
enjoyed two chicken biscuits instead. :)

So is that pic from your most recent order? Or is it from an advertising agency?

Cheddar Bo's upon request. Usually I find that there is an extra few minute wait for them to make it.

I've gotten quite sick from a bo's before. overly greasy and dark....bad oil. But id say ive been to almost all of them in the Raleigh/95/to SC state line and overall quality is the same. 1 location always gives me 6 supremes in the 4 piece lunch. ;) Now going to a grand-opening of a BO is about the best quality you will ever get from a location.

Zaxby's is over priced and junk.

Hardee's was great until they stopped making fried chicken.

Biscuitville is overrated.

Chick-fil-A because of the app and speed of service.

MCD when there is no other choice. But no chicken...just no.

I'll try that the first chance I get.

Bo's chicken biscuit with bacon, Cabot extra sharp cheddar (gotta bring your own), and El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Habanero Sauce ROCKS!

Chick-fil-a's spicy deluxe sammich with bacon is excellent as well.
Zaxby's and McDees are nasty!

Oh great and mighty bojangles, heareth my cry! Openest thy great restaurant in south dakota that i might dine upon thy chicken biscuit. Amen
Good luck. When my buddy moved to Portland he couldn’t find a breakfast spot worth anything. After a year he found a place with decent buttermilk biscuits. After speaking with the owner turn out they were from Siler City, NC. Apparently no one out there can make a biscuit for shit.

When you get a good Bojangles chicken biscuit, man is it good.

Anybody remember the Holly Farms Chicken place in N Wilkesboro?
We'd always stop on the way to Boone.

Chicken breakfast biscuits and lunch/dinner sandwiches are putting a hurting on pork and beef. Lots more kids are growing up on chicken fast food over beef and pork.

That's a good looking sandwich in their press release.
It's almost like youve never seen an ad for fast food before vs what youre actually served.

BoJ rules.
If Im going to get some greasy chicken biscuits I dont want to go to a place with 'slim' in the name.

The flour makes a lot of difference. Maybe they ordered White Lily?

While I don't go often, and really, the food isn't all, that great, but the service is far above any other restaurant, this includes ALL restaurants, and as an old white guy, I feel very safe at Chick-fil-A.

I know it's blasphemy but I prefer a decent yeast roll over a biscuit anytime. What really pisses me off is a mealy biscuit that falls apart into chunks when you try to eat it. The only way to eat a damn biscuit is with sausage gravy on a plate. ;)

Bo's biscuits are ok but their chicken sucks. :)

I stopped at a bojangles last week in Greensboro. I was in a big truck so I parked in the shopping center next door and walked over.

Sign on the door clearly reads "Dining room closed, open for carryout or curbside pickup only". Not a problem and what I expected, I'll get it and eat in the truck. Nope, door is locked. So I walk around to the other door and it is locked too. So I knock because the drivethrough is busy.

A rude ass employee comes to the door and tells me they ain't lettin nobody in but I can call for curbside. Yeah no thanks.
