Interesting that the US Govt tells the states on the border with Mexico that they can not enforce immigration laws but gun laws are A OK to enforce?

Seriously, I laugh at crap like this. Filed a stupid “lawsuit” The poser named after Christmas ornaments bloviated about something. Who cares. They need to be told to take their lawsuits, their courts, their whatever and go sit in the closet snd suck on eggs. It’s called, “we don’t recognize your claim of authority.”

Stop playing by their rules and just say HELL NO!

As Herschel at the captains journal has said multiple times, local LE needs to not just not participate with the feds, but to apprehend them. Of course the unspoken part is that there will be a local trial and the guilty will be hung at noon the next day.

Well, if they're Federal laws, then shouldn't they just be sending in more Federal officers in to enforce them, rather than burden the local authorities with them?

This state is so full of hills & hollers & ate up with caves. Be a shame if a carpet bagger lost their way here, poking their nose where it don't belong.

Because the Federal Government has bought completely into the great reset and enforcing the new world order and the states haven't?
 
so should that not apply to the states that passed laws preventing local law enforcement from enforcing US immigration and marijuana laws

Simple...not kissing the boot anymore.
Fed boys must have 100% cooperation, compliance, and control. Nothing pisses the majority of those guys off more than a meh attitude over their badge and a refusal to fawn over them.

According to this blog, the MO resolution has some added teeth in that any cop that assists the feds with gun grabbing could be subject to lawsuits and lose their enforcer credentials/ status. In other words, stripped of their badge snd held financially liable for their actions. Undoubtedly that is a large part of what is pissing them off.
