I have been thinking about this while I wile away the last hour of my shift. What's an artist, filmmaker, author etc who you typically do not like who has one thing they did you love?

Bruce Springsteen for me, most of his stuff is meh noise to me except for the album Nebraska that I absolutely adore.

Except Pig, a movie that just came out last year. And Raising Arizona.

Both great movies. His first thing I saw was Angel Heart which is a favourite. The Wrestler was absolutely amazing.
