ATF warns public after 400 guns stolen in Tennessee

400 guns is insignificant unless it was a shipment of select fire weapons.

I’d say inside job, and it must have been, but UPS doesn’t make money when boxes are sitting still, so someone would have had to identify the shipment, call for a truck (stolen?) load it and go, all within a few hours.

Anybody seen the IBM commercials where they track a shipment of fish from the boat to the supermarket? I guess firearms don't merit such attention.

Am I the only one who read the article?
Does anyone realize what this means?
The ATFECES spokesman is Michael Knight!
We don’t stand a chance!
Not to worry. He has K I.T.T.

Not to worry about local impact either.
Those guns are long gone, headed to NY, Detroit, maybe Mexico. Wait, has anyone checked on the ATF?

Fortunately, I just read that UPS now requires foto ID from the sender of a package. No doubt this will be a big help in identifying the thieves, recovering all the firearms - in pre-theft condition - and sending them on to their rightful recipients with compensation for the delay and any inconvenience suffered during the rectal examination of all registered parties (except UPS and thieves) in the transportation transaction.

Most likely this was a shipment from a manufacturer to or from a large distributor to a retailer.
Hope they were not from Barrett.

That’s what I’m saying, Michael Knight and KITT, working for the ATFASSHATS?!?!?
We are doomed...

Wait...
Does anyone know how to contact Michael Knight’s evil identical twin?
Garthe Knight?

That's all well and good but in IL you need to show your FOID card to buy ammo. And before you say go north to WI, they limit sales so that's not going to feed a full auto handgun.... Where's the ammo coming from??

"Court documents said officers... questioned 24-year-old Roland Jackson of Chicago and 18-year-old Taveyan Turnbo before they both ran away."

WTH?
