I would not mind a PCC size, but sadly they do not offer local pick up, and I’m not have Crap sent to my house…PORCH PIRATES

Idk. $550 for Bear Creek. And no magazine.

I don't have that much to gamble on will it shoot 5 moa or shoot at all
There is that but Glock mags are cheap and plentiful.

Ruger released a .45 pcc recently. I don't have any experience with it but I'm gonna guess it's probably a heck of a lot better than a bca.

Yeah but that one is closer to 1K still.

Aahhh. It didn’t click for me that you’re looking for carbine length. No, I don’t think Extar offers the 45 with a 16” barrel.

I do, it's an itch I had ever since I realized how much my 16 rounder CX4 45 ACP mags are worth now (I still have 3 of those) and how relatively "inexpensive" 45 ACP is by today's standards.

In my experience with my own and reports from forum members BCA uppers are G2G as far as budget rifles go. There was one guy here IIRC that had a bad experience but I've heard the opposite from many others and my BCA side charging 300BLK carbine never gave me a lick of trouble. I'm about to hit them up for a 300BLK pistol upper.

I would be leery of their products from say 6-8 or more years ago, but not of their current stuff.

Funny how these things tend to stock with brands, can't believe how many people still tell you to look out for canted sights on current production WASR10s!
