Behind the Scenes - Theater

I've always been a behind the scenes kind-of person. I was talking to my oldest daughter, who has been in theater, about this and she sent me this vid on what's going on in the control room of a major production. What we see as simple and flowing takes a lot of work. I found it fascinating. I've worked behind the scenes of a significant fashion show and it's chaos behind all glitz and glamor.

Other than some music references, aka bars, it didn’t make a lot of sense to me, but I’m sure it’s highly choreographed and that there is a science to it.

me, too...i did several behind-the-scenes productions (mainly to meet girls since most of the guys were gay)
when i was in high school, college, and single. sort of a "wedding crashers" strategy.
however, it did not work for beauty pagents. those girls (and Moms) meant business.
