Anyone have one of these? Good little pistol? I don’t really need it but for $199 plus FFL seems like a good backup. Thought they were decent guns but wasn’t sure.
 
You will not be disappointed, I own one. I have a Riton red dot on it.

Thought of that, good way to see if RDOs work. Was the plate easy to get?
 
i dont' want one. but i'm probably going to order it. can never have too many pocket guns at good prices.
i got a nano around here somewhere. i picked up a handful of mags on clearance for it that should work as range mags in the apx.
eventually i'll get a 3d printer for baseplate reasons.

How do you like the Nano? Apparently the same action, a lot of complaints about the trigger. But it’s still a $200 optics ready…
 
i added it back to my cart 15 minutes ago or so and then just went to buy it - sold out. can't add it to my cart anymore

Nearly everyone seems to think DAO triggers are gross on semi-autos. The APX A1 Carry reportedly has an improved trigger that averages about six pounds.

However, everything is relative. Most people who like snubbie revolvers would think they had died and gone to heaven for a six-pound trigger pull.

Yes, when registering for the warranty, you can select the plate and they send it no charge. I got longer screws at Ace hardware, the Riton screws were too short.

the good news is that other places have the same price from time to time. lockedloaded has had this price 3 or 4 times, but i dont want to buy from them because they suck.
probably have another chance before the rebate ends

It’s letting me get too payment, might be I’ve had it in the cart since yesterday. If you want it let me know and I’ll drop it, I’m still on the fence.
 
Beretta must have shipped some more of the APX A1 Carry models. A few shops now have the pistols in stock and priced at $299 before the $100 rebate.

i passed out before ordering, which is a good thing.
