Biden decline/conver up continues..

That plan could backfire by providing a real-time contrast between Briben's gait and that of the healthy people surrounding him.

Will the aides purposely shuffle and stumble about to try and make Briben look better? I wouldn't put it past this crowd.

Dems problem is that they don’t have a strong backup….
Kamala can’t put a coherent sentence together without laughing like a hyena.
Newsom has nice hair and can BS with the best but California politics are a disaster by most accounts.

If Dems were a bit smart, they would've let RFK enter the ring and debate Biden; RFK wouldve wiped the floor with Biden and eventually attracted a lot of fence sitting independents in the primaries.

I wouldn’t put it past Michael to change his mind but a month ago he categorically said that he is not interested in running for president just in case he gets diagnosed with enlarged prostate and admitted for prostatectomy.

That’s the one I mean … Bigfoot would tap into quite a few demographic groups for votes that Biden has kinda sorta been alienating.
 
The problem is that the Real President (whoever that is) requires a docile, compliant figurehead. Joe fits that role perfectly but he won’t last much longer.

I don’t know how or when the Big Switch will happen but let me submit this name as a possibility: Roy Cooper. He will bring in electoral votes from a swing state and guarantee that Josh Stein will take the Governors Mansion. Cooper already has an (undeserved) reputation of a moderate Southern administrator that can work with the opposition party. The media will show pictures of him at the ribbon cutting of all these companies moving to NC and credit him for it (though it was the Republican legislature that brought them there, and over his veto.)

I think you are a little early … he needs a term in Congress (I’m thinking Senate) and possibly a cabinet appointment. Yes, his southern drawl (and Jim Huntish ways ) could go some way nationally … but he is still an old white male replacing an old white male from a southern state … I just think a switch at this point needs something “special” to draw across more national demographics. If he had run for and won the 2022 Senate seat against Budd (and he’d likely have won) that would have set him up to possibly made an executive move.

Now anything can happen, Odumba came from almost nowhere in 2008 to take the office.

And that doesn’t happen without serious money and ass behind you. That’s a lot if why I don’t get folks saying the dork is some sort of mastermind pulling the strings. No, he had his strings pulled just as much as the current waste of life does.

I agree mostly, but O could be given general instructions and execute on them, while B has his every word and sequential movement printed out for him. We’ve seen the card he was holding with “shake hands. Sit down. Smile and stand up. Walk off stage toward Jill”. And he still says “pause” out loud when he reads it on the teleprompter.
