Boogered a PA SLx MD-20 at 15in/lbs

Three fasteners installed just fine...the fourth, not so much...

Unlike me, read your instruction manual for torque specs. I could have sworn these were 15in/lb but it appears to be 10 now that I look after the fact.

Unfortunately it's not the screw, it's the helicoil. It's definitely got to go back for repair. I guess it's finally time to test out this award winning customer service. I am always loyal to companies who still hook you up even though you've proven to be a complete idiot.
