Hmmm... VPN maybe your problem, some places flag the IP addresses, or that particular IP is been used to many times or on a "blacklist"

For the online purchases here, I use a live PE boot drive whether Thumb or *cough* DVD, "portable appz" Express VPN, but disable it. When doing purchases, That's the only computer I use for that, now that you mention it, had an issue with another vendor, but my IP was in the UK, changed it, still didn't work, so disabled it, and everything was fine. This was a few years ago.

Now if your traveling the Dark Web, VPN, Tor, etc. Or doing torrents. Then...

Whaaaat, torrents are only used for getting linux distros and legal stuff off archive.org, I know not what you mean...

I just got done buying ar10 parts from them no problem. Maybe the amount flagged something?
