Yup.
This man tried to follow CA law. Filed for registration of an AR lower.
Cops used the application as probable cause for a search warrant and sent at least 8 heavily armed police to search the man's home.
They and the judge the signed the warrant must be fired.

Was talking to an American Patriot the other day. This man was one of the brave souls that went in to rescue the Americans trapped in Somalia. I have known him for over 30 years. He is a Ranger that I have watched grow up into the man he is today. He said:

Billy, I have always tried to obey the law and swore an oath to the Constitution. I am telling you now, having lived by the law of the land, if I Ever see a SWAT team descending on my property........It will be The Worst Day of their entire lives.

8 armed men descending on a man Trying to follow the law, like this report, would have made Headlines for the Liberal Press as they all laid in State at the funeral parlor of their family's choice.

There are Patriots that will not stand for this...."they" had better check out the people they are being sent to bring in......My friend's last words were words we have all heard, but coming from him there was not One single hint of humor....Play Stupid Games...Win Stupid Prizes.

The problem with this bravado is they won't play nice if/when they come for your friend.

They'll have a sniper off in the distance. They'll cut communications. They'll cut power and water. They'll isolate him and control the narrative.

This is what government gone rogue does.
 
The lawyer in the video is making lots of presumptions, assumptions and suppositions. Following the narrative, the officers appear to be completely overreaching. I can tell you that in my experience in NY, you need probable cause (reasonable cause to believe) ++ to get a judge to sign a search warrant. Recently, a known gang-member (prior felony offender) pointed a gun at his old girlfriend's new boyfriend. Car was stopped, subject arrested, pistol in plain view - took 8 hours to get a judge to sign a search warrant for the car (even though it was unnecessary due to plain view).

I would like to know a helluva' lot more about this case before going on a video talking out my arse.

alternative comms. do the bundy ranch thing. What they absolutely do not want is a handful of Rangers looking out for one of their own. That would be a very hard narrative to control. Even if no shots were fired, a show of force would be ... unpalatable.

You're assuming there will be enough advanced warning to do this.

That's the problem with being the target of an attack and not the attacker of the target.

BTW I’m still waiting for my custom double barrel shotgun engraved with Biden’s signature to be approved. I think the wait is at least 12-14 months. He doesn’t remember.

I think if they even approached the frequency of raids required to make a dent in our numbers within a decade they would #1 have to hire/bring in a lot more boots on the ground than they have now and #2 it would be a large visible operation that would undoubtedly elicit a response. At least that's what I tell myself.
 
So, any new news on this? This was September, 2020, when this happened.
