The auctions down here have 10k 2 post lifts right regular between $3500 and $4500
New.I have plans to do the same once I get moved. I hadn't settled on a brand yet, but I'm looking at a 12k. My truck is one heavy SOB.
Is that new or used?
I'd be scared to lift a Power Wheels with that thing.Because I've searched for lifts this keeps showing up on various websites that Temu advertises on. I'd never order one from Temu, but that price....

Get the lift picked out and construction details from the maker.
Your barn designer will need that data.
There will need to be a good size section of reinforced concrete where the post sit.
^^^^ ThisNo matter which lift you decide on, I highly recommend purchasing one from a dealer that installs turn key. I have helped remove a 2 post lift, and install a Bendpak 10k high rise lift. Different locations that involved a forklift and a skid steer with pallet forks. A scissor lift or two would have made it easier.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the Bendpak 10k though.
Before you have the slab poured, look into the lift manufacturer's concrete requirements.
