CCGCI 2 Gun Tactical Match January 13, 2018

Just about a week remains until the CCGCI 2 Gun Tactical Match! WE ARE NOW ON WINTER TIMES! One hour later for registration and start times!

Registration is at 9:00 am
Mandatory Safety Briefing at 9:45 am
Shooting begins at 10:00 am

Stage 1
24 rifle max, 13 pistol minimum
Stage 2
24 rifle, 10 pistol
Stage 3
28 pistol, 2 mandatory reloads required--1 prepositioned
Stage 4
16 rifle, 16 pistol 1 mandatory pistol reload

Totals:
64 Rifle
67 Pistol

As we handle it now, those who help with setup or RO get to shoot for free! If you can help out with setup or being an RO, please let me know!

Hey, I may try and make this one, but quick question, for stage 3, would I be able to drop a loaded mag, put it back in pouch and then do the second reload with that first mag? (I know it would slow me down etc, but I currently only have two mags, since apparently I left one somewhere and I doubt I'll fix that issue before Saturday)
Plus I'd be for fun, not trying to win.
Also, any rough guess on ranges for the rifle portions?

Let's hope the weather cooperates! I've been sick since the new year and am still hacking stuff up, so being out in the rain for setup isn't on the menu for Friday night.

Yes, you may do a "tactical" reload if you only have 2 magazines. You won't be the first!

Usually no more than about 50 yards or so. The longest range we use is the 100 and frequently we don't even use but about half of that distance.
