Purchased a radian today from my lgs. Little ears are almost the same size.
The more in looking at it I'm thinking the rear of the charging handle near the roll pins was dragging on the lower. I cannot flex the CH enough to get it to scratch in those areas.
Anyway has anyone used Allumablack before? The CS agent from geissele told me to slap some on there to cover the scratches.

You can use that or if you have a black Sharpie marker laying around, that’ll work as well.

Haha that was my plan if the alumiablack stuff was a PITA.
I called them about 2 weeks ago because my SCH was hanging up and holding the BCG out. You would have to nudge it to go back in. They wanted pictures of the charging handle just laying flat on a table, done. They then wanted pictures installed in the gun, done. Not sure what that was going to tell them but.... I even sent a video of it hanging up and then a video of a BCM handle working fine. Then they wrote back wanting to know my build info. Why they did not ask this to start with, I don't know. After I tell them it's in a billet upper, they try to tell me that they build for mil spec forged uppers and that's why I am having trouble but I could send it in with me shipping it in and they would look at . I think they were looking for a way out and now a billet upper was the reason. After a heated email back, they are now supposed to send me a label and check it out. I really don't know why they cant ask for this info from the start instead of dragging this out and blaming something they are assuming is out of "mil spec". I won't buy another thing from them and not all that impressed with the products I have or the CS.

I've got ALG triggers in 3 ARs & a Geissele SSP in a 4th. I really like that SSP in my 14.5"er, but based on what I'm reading here, I've bought my last product from them. Oh well. Too many other companies out there making good stuff.

Recieved a brand new charging handle in the mail today. No idea what was out of spec on the last one or if they even checked. I didn't get a new 2A sticker either kinda disappointing lol but oh well.
Has anyone messed with PRI's ambi gas buster or badgers ambi charging handle? I don't remember seeing them mentioned in the thread but they are on my potential list as I replace all of my bcm gunfighter charging handles.
