The price is just too tempting ... does anybody have one of these, how are they?

And the place even has my favorite FFL on file...

It's not the same gun obviously but may give some context on Charles Daly
I grew up shooting a charles daly 20ga semi auto duck gun, youth model. It functioned very well for 8+years through rain, sleet, and bluebird days shooting light trap loads. I put it down at somewhere around 15 yo when a piece that was part of the bolt assembly sheared off (cannot remember context, but it was a premature for that kind of failure anyways). It went through thousands of shells in the time I had it before that failure, you just cannot find a replacement part, and I think I will have to make one myself
Edited to add: when searching for the parts, the gun was not very old, not like looking for parts for one that was from 50 years ago.

I think this one is made in Turkey now so that's probably just sold under the name.

If it is like the scads of semi Turkish shotguns out there, it will run well with high brass loads, not so much with low brass until it is well broken in.
