If I'm not mistaken. Those are made by Carrier. No direct dealing with them but I would think they would be OK

Made in China with Toshiba label. Toshiba is a Japanese product. Even the labels have misspelling- Confort is not comfort. Whole ad is a mess of broken Enwish (english). I’ve installed the real thing before and there is not a decent mini split close to that price. Definitely is two section window unit. Nobody could make an inverter unit at that price.

Mitsubishi.. buy once cry once.
Keep an Eye on the filter if you do install. Better to make a good box with pleats for dusty garage setting.
