Been MIA for so long I figured new introduction was warranted... 😂
Since I disappeared on my RV trip last fall(one day I'll finish that thread 😂), with a brief appearance in Conway SC for shenanigans before Christmas, I've been largely absent from the forum, the state, and even the country this year... Luckily that includes absence from work... 😁
I've been around the western US, through the South, Mexico, Cuba(twice), Ireland, and even up to the tiny, misunderstood, and often misplaced on the map, state of Delaware... to pick up my new pup...
I've been avoiding all news, politics, sports, even quit listening to podcasts... I've adopted a "head in the sand/ostrich" approach to life in these strange times we live in... and I'm much happier and relaxed for it...
I do as I please. I spend my off hours with my lady, friends and family, the new pup, traveling as much as possible in my RV or abroad. Eat drink and be merry...
I hope to start shooting more (indoor for the hellish months to come 😁) since ammo, while not cheap, is affordable again... I've been shooting the occasional match and going to the range to help a new shooter learn a few of my bad habits with @NKD last week was a treat I have missed of late...
So I'm around, here and there... Hope to see some of you and hit up some meetups and such, break bread, share a drink and/or a cigar (I may have a few Cubans floating around), maybe even make a glorious noise with firearms.... 😁
