I'm in the market for a new hot travel cup for taking coffee in the mornings. Looking for something with a lid, not too large to hold on to (I usually finish my cup in the first 15 mins of my drive- and small(er) hands) something that doesn't get to gunked up around the rubber seal. About 12-16oz. What are you using these days?? Doesn't have to be fancy.

A 16oz straight wall stainless (no color), no handle, double walled, fit inside cover (not screwed).

Any brand, fits auto cup holders, no paint to chip, holds most any size coffee you're in the mood for.

The free ones from Food Lion to go that look like a paper to go cup. I don't let my coffee linger long enough to need super insulated. The only place it fails in the early 2000s Ford diving board cup holder because there's no positive closure, turns into a geyser crossing expansion cracks.

I've been using the Rtic (enemy of Yeti) 16oz tumbler in plain stainless for 9 years now.

I have 5, one for each day of the week. Helps me keep track of what day it is. haha

well, i used to make my own (out of various leftovers) since i am so stingy,
but generic travel mugs are now cheap enough not to bother anymore and the
local thrift stores (like Goodwill) have all kinds of them for $2 or less.

The Yeti has the best lid of any I have used. And I have been using them as a trucker for years. The Rambler looks like a good size for you. the closure is magnetic and pops off to clean it. The weak spot on my Orka cups was the closure would break off. The magnetic closure is awesome! Gaskets don't get super grungy. And the lid is tough and stay put well. I've dropped mine several times. Not broken a lid yet. And about half the time the lid stays put and does not spill at all.

This what I use. Not really what you were asking for, but they have 16 oz as well. I throw it away, no cleaning and rolling around in my truck.

Edit: I have no idea what the robot or human thing is, but it’s a link to 20 ounce foam cups at Wal Mart.

Been using this for 5 years now. Except mine has a screw in top instead of the push in.

I'm too cheap to actually buy something like that. It came in a swag bag of stuff I got at a conference.

I don’t know about a coffee only travel cup because I use one Yeti for coffee, tea, water, etc.. Matter of fact I only use the same Yeti cup all day, seven days a week. Rinse and go. We run the dishwasher once a week.

Back when I home-brewed beer as my primary hobby, I used to buy from William's Brewing Co. On one of my orders, I picked up this stainless cup; that was probably 10 years or so ago and I use it everyday. It is my favorite cup. I drink cold and hot drinks from it, beer, coffee, water, tea..... I have eaten cereal out of it many times. The paint label has worn off and it is scratched up from my travels; but it is the perfect cup. No lid as I lost that years ago; but I am a careful sort.

yeti/rtic/orca/magellan (academy) - all the same, to me.
Go to academy and see what fits your hands, what color you like etc
I have two magellan travel mugs I like, about 14oz. They were about 10 bucks with decent sealing lid
