has anyone had a chance to own or use both side by side?

would like to know which is better? suspect 43x handles better due to the better grip.

any info on experience would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

My wife has the 43x. Last Wednesday, I bought a CR.

Yesterday, I shipped the CR back to Shadow Systems for repair. Off center primer strikes leading to failure to fires. Appears to be a defective (incorrectly manufactured) slide.

I've owned several guns I had to send back to the manufacturer. Every single time, the day I got it back, it was listed for sale (with full disclosure) because I couldn't bring myself to trust it anymore.

That said, if this gun comes back working, it will be a keeper. Love how the gun shoots. It's the Glock 43 (not 43x) that Glock should have made. Same dimensions as the 43, but with a mag well the width of a 43x. With the 13 round mag in the gun, it's shorter than a 43x.

Ok, how’s that CR920 working out for you @TRaGiK ?

Well...I didn't keep it. 🤣

But it wasn't any fault of the gun. A friend had a gun I had to have, and I had a gun he had to have, so we traded.

But ...the gun ran great once I got it back (took 30ish days IIRC). Put 500 or so rounds through it once I got it back, and it ran great. I'm considering buying another one, but one that is optic cut.

I own both. They shoot about the same though the CR920 feels better in my hand. It also has a higher capacity with 13rds, while being slightly smaller than the 43x or with 10rds being the size of the 43.

That said, I’ll probably be moving on from the CR920. For some reason, once every 100 or so rounds I accidentally actuate the slide release mid magazine. I could adjust my grip but it would take a conscious effort so I’d rather just stick with the 43x.
