Here is a link for an azimuth map creator that is handy. As an example, I've included a 100km map I created for my my location.

From the website, it's off line. Internal Error sounds like a broken application and the guy says ...

My web hosting provider upgraded Ruby from 1.8 to 1.9. The upgrade is generally a good thing. However, the upgrade broke the Ruby PDF writer library that my azimuthal map generator uses, so the generator is temporarily offline.

Yep. I lnow those towns.As a matter of fact I was in Blacksburg this morning.

Years ago someone posted a map showing railroads in the Carolinas. I'll see if I still have a digital copy. Never hurts to have such information at hand.

Dunno. Seems to be working for me with Chrome in Linux.

The link works for me. Try a different browser, or perhaps see if it works from your phone as a test case (different IP / network).

Chrome at work, safari on the phone, and I also tried Internet Explorer - all gave the same error.
I'll try again when I get home.
