Looking to get my hands on a CZ 457 At One to play with and teach the kiddos to shoot with. May get out of my comfort zone and try to compete, which I'm sure I'll probably not ending up doing. I'm not as sophisticated as most of y'all on this page when it comes to precision shooting. Anyone know where I can get my hands on one, and what scope to pair it up with?

Thanks in advance.

I believe Mace Sports in Mebane had one recently. Worth calling them to check.

sorry can’t help locating a CZ 457 with an at one stock. whiles its a pricier option the KRG bravo rimfire chassis is simply incredible. If it hasn’t crossed your radar suggest at least looking into it as an option.

unfortunately bell and Carlson don’t offer a CZ 457 stock which is too bad.

I defiantly like that! Thanks for sharing it, I like it can be used with the Tikka as well.

yes the tikka inlet version is very popular. however The CZ 457 is such an incredible action I’ve never even considered getting into the tikka, bergara, or other such offerings. I’m bummed that CZ’s 600 adventure is turning into a flop. Their 527 line was great. Hopefully they get their centerfire bolt action product line back in order or save the 600!

good luck on your rimfire build

Pretty happy with mine. 16" threaded.

Notes:
Ended up getting the largest bell diameter scope I could find (42mm) that could still use the lowest Warne direct-mount rings, did not add a Pic rail.
Swapped out the trigger for a flat Timney and adjusted it to 10 ozs.
Changed the bolt knob to an Area 419 fluted one.
Added a 3" or so US made generic compensator, mostly for aesthetics and to help steady the 457 in the safe, as the cradles are sized for longer rifles.
Tried to buy a 10 round magazine, but, the three I bought were all defective, so now I just have 5 rounders which work perfectly. Still looking.
Have a short Pic rail under the forearm to attach the bipod, when I use one, and then a nice Protektor Model front rest the rest of the time.
Have a good sling for it, Appleseed recommended type, but only used it once so far as I am not yet that proficient with the bolt action in slung stances.
