Damning article about BUDS

ABC News was telling the story this morning.

So, they made him do training the hot sand and never made him get wet in the cold water, during his first attempt?
Someone gave them some bad intel.

Additionally he decided to cheat, fine whatever… but was he getting prescriptions and having his blood work monitored by an endocrinologist?
No. He was doing pure bro science. He could have given himself and embolism from improper injections. Who knows what or how much he took.

All the guys I've known who were in (NSW) are out now. There are a few guys I know with the trident but they are because of people I've met along the way, not the friends I grew up with or served with.

All of them are apoplectic with the article and with the ongoing frustration with what's going on. I tell them, "Y'all are the ones empowered to change the culture."

I think most military people have realized that there is more to loose getting a DUI then loosing a war.

Generals are not held accountable, but a E4 loosing a sensitive item?
