Does any store do NFA items on consignment?

I have a couple cans that are essentially paperweights in my safe. Would be nice to unload them, even at a loss, and get something newer.

Any FFLs near Raleigh able to facilitate a transfer like this, or is it all private party with form4s and tax stamps all around?

Are the can's individually owned or on a trust? If the latter, simply put the buyer onto the trust while whatever transfer paperwork is pending.

One is, one isn’t. The trust has multiple cans though, so not sure I’d want to do that.
