EDC Public Service Announcement-check your holster!

I recently pulled off my EDC and a screw came flying off. I checked some of the others and they were loose as well. After consulting some friends they also found loose or missing hardware.
Moral of the story: Check your equipment!

I stepped on something sharp next to my bed, and it turned out to be a screw from my holster. Lucky, right? They're all wearing a dab of blue loctite now and no more issues.

First thing you should do after getting a new holster and adjusting it how you want is loctite the screws.

Benefit of rolling my own..... I have plenty of extra screws.

Yes, blue loctite is your friend.

I agree! I have a gold sharpie that I slash across the hardware on the back side to show that that hardware has been locktited.
