I noticed when a post is marked SOLD then put back to active (example the deal fell through) the post can't be edited.

Not a big deal, just wondering...

It shouldn’t be marked Sold if the deal hasn’t been finalized. It should be marked SPF.

Once it’s moved from Sold back to something else, it should be able to be edited. One issue is when it gets marked Sold it gets locked…and changing it to something other than Sold doesn’t unlock it as far as I know. You just need to report it and asked for it to be unlocked. But that issue is avoided if people wouldn’t mark it Sold when it hasn’t actually been sold.

Withdrawn locks it as well. Click/tap report, and ask for it to be unlocked. Or send me a PM with a link to the ad and what you need edited.

I don't get why a post marked withdrawn has to be locked.

I had a for sale post last year that I marked withdrawn because I went in the hospital thinking that I could reactivate it when I got out of the hospital. Needless to say it was locked. I had to repost the item.

No, you didn’t have to repost it. All you had to do was hit Report and ask for it to be unlocked. It’s very simple and happens all the time.

It was hard to repost it? It ain't like digging a ditch, just a few key strokes and insert a picture or two.
