Waited 51 days and received a denial for an RPQ not being filled correctly. Which is strange because I did it with my dad and mine was fine and his was not. Very cool. Thank you ATF. Thank you FDR. Burn in hell.
I haven't been able to check, the RPQs are on my laptop at home. It doesn't make any sense because we did it together. My photo was not on my RPQ and neither was his because we uploaded it directly into the portal and mine was okay and his was not. I'll update when I can tonight.Did you figure out what the actual issue was?
All I can see is that his SSN isn't there but it's not required so why in the hell is his form not complete?Did you figure out what the actual issue was?
Want me to look at it and see if I notice anything? Fresh set of eyes and all that? All I can see is that his SSN isn't there but it's not required so why in the hell is his form not complete?
Please. Do you have an email I can send it to along with my copy?Want me to look at it and see if I notice anything? Fresh set of eyes and all that?
That's false. I called and talked to a examiner (was in 2016) and she told me what was wrong, got it fixed and 30 minutes later....approvedEmailed the examiner and he responded "I checked it out again and the Responsible Person form (RPQ) is completely blank minus his signature. All Disapprovals are final and a resubmission will be required. Thank you" which does not make sense as I looked at the form on the ATF website and it is literally filled out.
This. I have seen many posts on Reddit where the examiner made a mistake, was emailed about it, and approved same day. That's false. I called and talked to a examiner (was in 2016) and she told me what was wrong, got it fixed and 30 minutes later....approved
Only thing I can do is resubmit. I emailed Nate my new control number in the same thread as my snips with the highlights as to prove it was filled out. I'll try calling on my lunch break. So did you ever figure this out, OP?
