eforms ATF website activity??

So I submitted my forms with my FFL/NFA dealer for 2 suppressors a couple. weeks ago

When I log into the eforms ATF website to check for movement, there is no evidence of anything....nothing submitted, nothing pending, etc etc etc

Is this normal? Seems like there be some evidence of something happening, at least the "submitted" forms????

Form 4 won’t show on your eforms account, but your dealers.

Gotcha. So I will hear nothing until dealer pings me that I'm approved? I did an email when I first submitted the application from ATF saying they have the submission.

When it is approved, both you and your dealer will receive an email with the approved form attached as a PDF.

You should also get an email (from eForms) when it’s Approved or Disapproved.


That’s the time it should move from their account to yours…but the system doesn’t work that way. 😢

If you ever do a F1 for a suppressor, SBR or SBS, those forms will show in your eforms account.
