Oh, they think alright. They think that someone else will be enforcing the confiscation laws, not them. They put someone else in jeopardy cause if it was them those laws would not be considered.
 
Oh, true, they think about their own power and comfort. Yep. But not about most of the stuff they say in their attempts to get ahold of it.
