Yes. Draw it, but don’t lift your finger when you’re done. It’ll automatically smooth it out…or at least it does on my iPhone. Same goes for circling something.

No, I don’t know how using the forum emojis. On my iPhone I just hold for a second, then slide to the one I want. I tried it on the forum choices to no avail.
