So my teenage son is intrigued by older military rifles and has recently been asking about an Enfield Number 4 Mark 2. Just wondering if there are any online sources for buying C&R that any of you trust and use? Not interested in the gun show run around trying to find one…looking for something more like Edelweiss Arms or Aim Surplus who carry C&R. So far, my googlefu has been weak on this search…I’ve got plenty of sources for the modern stuff, just looking for trusted sources of the older. I’m in northeastern SC, so any shops with a hour or so drive might be an option as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
 
Bull Moose guns in the Charlotte area specialize in older milsurp rifles.
http://bdlltd.com/ <--BDL in Edgefield, SC is a highly regarded Enfield gunsmith. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have some he could sell, or knows places

Someone has one for sale here or on another similar named site . It was a fair price. Make sure you have a source for decent ammo if you buy an Enfield. Not sure where you are Fuquay Gun also had a few, they ship but for some reason don't think they honor C and R license, but your getting into antique territory maybe with certain years if it's 100 I think
