How much are you paying to have your SBR or Form 1 can costing.

I got a price of $60 per item

0 dollars. But the LGS charges $40. $60 seems a bit high.

Free, and worth every penny.

FYI, I have LASTNAME REVOCABLE NFA TRUST AGREEMENT, which is a pain to engrave.
I submitted an "ask the expert" to ask if a manufacturer's mark of LASTNAME NFA TRUST would be sufficiently recognizable according to their interpretations, and they emailed back to say I could use that going forward, but that I should be consistent with that from now on.
So, as soon as this 5 month so far wait for my form 1s comes to an end...

That’s hella wordy. I just have “xxxx TRUST” followed by city and state. Isn’t that all that’s required?

click pic to go to 479.102, which I think applies to my trust making SBRs... though there will always be debates about engraving requirements...

My lawyer set the trust up in about 2011 back when I thought it was just gonna be a couple form 4 submissions (not the binder full of stamp collection i keep adding to). The state of MI had JUST started allowing regular folks to own suppressors. I had my call in to my local enabler a few minutes after I heard the news. local police would NOT sign the permission slip (pre 41F of 2013) for about a year, so I had to go with the trust. It was still pretty new territory, but the trust has served me very well, aside from that one issue. I only have a couple form 1 in, but I wanted to get it all squared away before I started making more (4 F1s pending, and a couple of F4s too i think. I'll know when the shop calls me back).

Oddly enough, a while back, the lawyer who created it said my LASTNAME is more than unique enough that the ATF would have no problem with LASTNAME NFA TRUST... but i'm paranoid, and that would be a very stupid thing to get tripped up over.
