What’s the best route on them now?

What I am looking to do is a permanent attached suppressor on a 10.5” 300blk barrel to make it 16.5” overall for a 1 stamp upper set up.

go to a gun show, find the guy that is obviously not a fed selling custom cleaning kits at an unmarked table... and buy from him.
Ask him where he sources his parts and he'll tell you he's a machinist, so you know it's cool.
Also, he doesn't know anything about the form 1 process or current ATF interpretations, so don't ask.

You are supposed to send them pics of your equipment and of the stock you will be using at some plans.

There are still sellers selling tubes and undrilled baffles. Not hard to find.
