Finishing a Barrel

I have a blank barrel that needs to be chambered, threaded, crowned and have the shoulder cut for a Remington 700. Needs to be .270 Win. It’s a 1:7 twist, it is Stainless Steel, hand lapped .277, 5R type 7 twist, #5, taper, 28" barrel blank. It has a 1.075" shank, is .705" @ 26". I would like it to be cut down from 28”. Who can do this and what could I reasonably expect to pay. Would also like it to be installed. Thanks! In the Concord/Charlotte, NC area.

When I have a barrel chambered, threaded, muzzle threaded for brake and cerrakoted it’s around $750

What bullet are you planning to shoot with such a fast twist barrel? For a 270, I wouldn’t shoot anything faster than a 9 twist.

It will be 1:7 twist shooting mostly 165gr Nosler Accubonds. Also will be Sierra 175 gr TGK

It will be 1:7 or 1:7.5 have narrowed it down all the way
