Been contemplating this one for a while mainly because I didn’t know what I wanted. I wanted something I could carry in gym shorts in my pocket rather than making a waist tourniquet out of the drawstring to appendix carry something. Already love this little guy! North American Arms .22 WMR paired with short barrel gold dots.881C4F18-BB76-438C-A8FB-9714939DCBB9.jpeg4ED6A627-62B1-4849-9AD7-4B9942F676D6.jpeg06AAE1D7-EC06-4D71-8F31-859393D6B950.jpeg

For about the same money the Ruger LCP is a better choice. If you insist on a revolver, then step up to a S&W j frame.

I will tell you that a I do own two of the NAA .22 pistols. I think of them as a last resort stick the gun under their chin or in their ear type of gun to get someone off of me.

I like the LCP so much that I have four of them. In a pocket holster they disappear. The recoil can be snappy but if you put some practice time in you can hit What you want stopped.

Love them wee revolvers!

But be careful with pocket carry. If not in some kind of holster, the NAA mini can work itself off the safety notch. Not saying it does it consistently, but it can happen, and having a mobile tiny projectile launcher that won't stay in its only "safe" mode near the family jewels could be interpreted as less-than-ideal situation.

It was my old man's back-up when he worked vice squad.

Additionally keltec 3at has a pocket clip which I have carried extensively in the waistband of gym shorts.

I have one in my shirt pocket as I'm typing this....it has a Clip Grip on it. Even in your cargo pocket or shirt pocket they just look like a knife.

If attacked by a serious predator when these little guns are carried in a pocket the above scenario is 99% sure to fail. We have done force on force here while trying to access Any pocket gun.....bad JuJu. We shoot here from the ground, from cars, from tables, with other shooters just laying on top of you....once hands are laid on...it's damn near impossible to access a concealed weapon. Yeah I know, everybody has a plan on how to escape a hands on attack.....come here and learn Just how hard it is to implement your plan. @Stick Man or The Kid will ruin your world if they can touch you.
I have Several of he NAAs and Freedom Arms minis. Have one in my pocket Now. I once saw a man pass his CWP test with one...and that was when you had to shoot back to 25 yards. .. .It was an amazing example of dedicating yourself to your chosen Concealed weapon.
I invite All to come here and shoot from every scenario you can dream up.....we ALL learn something when we seriously shoot together to get better.

My plan? Simple.

I carry 22 LCPs every day outside the Gates....13 rounds in each......never have felt Undergunned.
You carry 22 guns?

Who are you, Captain Kangaroo? 😂

One of the many reasons I learned how to handle myself unarmed first, besides if someone is “that” close to me I’m not even going to attempt to draw a firearm, I can’t “box” for chit mind you, but I have a background in “hands on” sports, Greco Roman wrestling, Freestyle etc, some LE defensive tactics and minor martial arts, I’ve been beaten literally stupid trying to slug it out with people in years past, I have a hard chin but defeating your opponent by letting him break his hands on my face wasn’t a sound tactic, but in a few cases it worked lmao.

With all that said, I am by no means a tough guy, I can handle myself better than your average person, but I’d get destroyed by someone who’s been trained, I feel the same way about my shooting as well, but if someone is ever close enough to grab me, I am NOT going to attempt to pull a firearm out of my IWB let alone a pocket, If needed, I can produce a blade way faster anyways, but my immediate goal is to survive the assault first, whoop ass second, practice my quick draw third.

This reminds me of a funny conversation I had with one of my boys on the way to the range a few months back. I was telling him about how often I get panhandled at two particular gas stations close to me, which is sorta surprising, to me anyway, considering my size and general appearance.

My son said, “I NEVER get panhandled, because of my SCOWL.”
He’s my height, but I’m 60 lbs heavier, and not what you’d call “fat”.
I said how do you figure?
He said, “They see the look on my face, and just leave me alone....
or it could be they see you driving your nice looking F150, or because I drive this POS beat up Hyundai. It doesn’t exactly scream *PAYDAY* "

😂🤣

You all are protection masterminds 😜
I don't know how some people handle the stress of an armed confrontation but you can bet yo assi will do what it takes to get home every day, whether it's with a 22 or a 44 mag. I can shoot them and all calibers in-between. ...I will use whatever weapon of opportunity that I can get may hands on. Gun ,knife, brick, pencil.whatever it takes.Learn to use anything you have available. It might save your life.

Great little gun! I have the exact same one. I like to carry it in my front pocket when I wear slacks at church.

It also fits perfectly in the little watch pocket in a pair of Levi's Jeans. Only the grip sticks out and you can tuck the grip under your belt to keep it totally concealed.

Or, you could order the belt buckle that NAA makes for them. Pretty cool looking, but I'm not into big belt buckles..
