I took my new to me P365XL out for a range test before I start to carry it. I put 250 rounds of my reloads, and 50 of my carry ammo (Hornady Critical Defense 124gr). I ran various drills and ended with a DOT torture at 3 yards. Over all for a small gun, it was very nice to shoot, controllable not as snappy as expected. I found that it will not lock the slide back with 130 power factor ammo, it feed flawless just would not lock the slide back. With the carry ammo, zero problems. Next range session I end with the DOT torture at 7 yards. I really like this gun, it's just long enough to keep my pinky finger on the grip, I found it very comfortable to shoot, and to shoot fast. I have zero reservation about carrying this gun.
