First ribs

Next time cut that bottled sauce with a little vinegar so it's not so thick. Makes it easier to brush on and not end up clumpy.

Thanks! I will definitely try that.

Baby back ribs in 3 hours on the Weber kettle. Some of the best I've ever had...anywhere...period.

Or heat up the sauce and brush it on, instead of pouring it on

That's the style I was hoping for, but I guess the truck had just dropped them off, because every pack was frozen solid! There was no way they would have been ready in time for wifeypoo to eat at our normal time.

And I can't remember what style these were. The butcher dude just pointed at them and I ran with it. Lol

Sink full of water can probably thaw ribs in an hour. They are pretty thin. And the spareribs or St. Louis cuts have more meat anyway. No harm done. They are all good.

Even adding an hour for thawing would have been too long, in this case. If I would have went just another half hour on the cook time, like originally planned, I probably would have been met with snarls and what not.

But, you're correct. They were good. I'm not sure how I'm going to make it until lunch tomorrow. I may have to have one for breakfast. Lol.

Hey, if you are cooking and they snarl it’s time for a little attitude adjustment around there dammit.
