What does the ATF mean by conditional?
Conditional until they change their minds again...What does the ATF mean by conditional?
Until the courts rule that the atf can't do any of this?Conditional until they change their minds again...
hold your breath on that. our courts are corrupt to the core and have done squat to reel them back in from making law. I have zero hope that this will be overturned. I will always do everything I can to help get it overturned. But this is the slippery slope and we are midway down it....Until the courts rule that the atf can't do any of this?
The courts are the places you get sentenced. Thats all I see them as.hold your breath on that. our courts are corrupt to the core and have done squat to reel them back in from making law. I submitted on the 1/15, 1/17, and 2/4. Nothing yet on any of them.
Individual or trust?
I’ve been waiting to see this as well. All of mine were in my trust before the 01-13-23 anyway. But want to see if anyone has any issues. That way I’ll know if there more documents that need to be sent in.10-4...
Haven't seen any trust approvals roll in yet...not saying they haven't, but have not seen anyone post them.
Does the ATF email you indicating the Eform1 has been approved?

Is that all you'll ever get? Will you receive an actual stamp at some point or is the approval letter your stamp?Yes. That’s all you get

Haven't received mine back yet, but those who have been approved indicated they received an email back with their approved form 1. I still go to the website, though and check, because I have seen some folks state they never received their approval email back, yet the website indicated they were approved.
Wow....y'all gonna register your 30rd mags too? WHEN they ask?
I don't own any 30rd mags. So.....
And yes, I have submitted both. Knowing UPFRONT that it was required to do so. Very different that registering something that when legally purchased did not require it. If that's what your getting at.
Now, back to my orginal ? Are yall gonna register you 30rd mags too? I'm gonna go out on a limb and sadly say YEP you are! Better tell them how much ammo you have too...
Haven’t used that system much I see.If I have anything to submit, I will do it on 5/29, along with millions of others.
Exactly. The scenarios are completely different. Enjoy your FREE brace on your soon to be single shot.Lemme see if I have this right…
You have items in the NFRTR, because it was required to own/possess them, yet you are castigating folks for doing the same, because it is now required, if they wish to keep the items they have in their current form.
I’m failing to see the difference, other than $200 and a stamp/‘e’ stamp.
