Saw a few posts on other sites where approvals are coming in from 1/13-1/15 submissions, but haven’t seen any approvals yet with submission dates past 1/15. Also, it looks like they are batch processing submissions, at least, they have in a couple of posts I’ve read.

Until the courts rule that the atf can't do any of this?
hold your breath on that. our courts are corrupt to the core and have done squat to reel them back in from making law. I have zero hope that this will be overturned. I will always do everything I can to help get it overturned. But this is the slippery slope and we are midway down it....

The courts are the places you get sentenced. Thats all I see them as.

Individual or trust?

Individual. I probably could have moved all the stuff to my trust before 1/31 but I didn't want to have to submit RP forms and fingerprints for everyone on short notice, take everyone off the trust except me, or start a new trust for the pistols. Individual just seemed the easiest route.

10-4...

Haven't seen any trust approvals roll in yet...not saying they haven't, but have not seen anyone post them.

I’ve been waiting to see this as well. All of mine were in my trust before the 01-13-23 anyway. But want to see if anyone has any issues. That way I’ll know if there more documents that need to be sent in.

Does the ATF email you indicating the Eform1 has been approved?

Haven't received mine back yet, but those who have been approved indicated they received an email back with their approved form 1. I still go to the website, though and check, because I have seen some folks state they never received their approval email back, yet the website indicated they were approved.

Just like the certification letter, I’m sure it pops up online way faster than the email does

Thanks!

I did two on the 14th if I remember correctly if not the latest was the 15th.

I don't own any 30rd mags. So.....
And yes, I have submitted both. Knowing UPFRONT that it was required to do so. Very different that registering something that when legally purchased did not require it. If that's what your getting at.

Now, back to my orginal ? Are yall gonna register you 30rd mags too? I'm gonna go out on a limb and sadly say YEP you are! Better tell them how much ammo you have too...

Lemme see if I have this right…

You have items in the NFRTR, because it was required to own/possess them, yet you are castigating folks for doing the same, because it is now required, if they wish to keep the items they have in their current form.

I’m failing to see the difference, other than $200 and a stamp/‘e’ stamp.
