Believe what is true? Some people will believe anything
Im not throwing out my buddies creds. I simply said he doesnt use frog lube and everyone else had to post up. You literally posted a meme.
First you really should stop while you’re ahead. It makes you even more look like a clown doubling down on a situation where there are only two explanations that jump out at me:
You either explained your sister brothers cousins career and being in a SMU so badly it either makes him look FOS and you believe his BS, or you are just FOS. Either way the way YOU explained it is impossible, and to anyone familiar with those jobs and units it was hilarious….
So really you don't need to throw out your buddies creds, they are not yours and it does nothing to make what you are saying more creditable or interesting. And lets face it when you do start throwing them out chances are you are going to be questioned, so instead of demanding to not be questioned maybe you stop living vicariously through brother cousins college roommates accomplishments.
I have a tub of that I use on AK's. I've had it for years and it will probably last years more.blue marine grade grease you get at the auto store
I was given a little bit in a jar by a guy I know. Will last me forever.I have a tub of that I use on AK's. I've had it for years and it will probably last years more.
I like the fact I can treat my guns with something other than a dust magnet, ( Grease & Oil ) & still get reliable service..
Any unhappy Frog lube owners can PM me & send any full or partial containers of FROGLUBE 2 Me. 😉 Thank you.
Oh I’m not questioning you, I’m flat out calling your buddy a liar..Look up the book Fearless about Adam Brown. My wifes best friends husband carried him down the mountain. He also went to RK motorsports in Charlotte when they were rebuilding his bronco for his kids. I realize you have been on this forum for a long time but dont question me again bro.
O no you didn't bro. So what's your buddies name again, I've got a friend that can look him up and settle all of this. If you don't think it's safe to publish his name all I need is his MOS Gen 3 number.but dont question me again bro.
Cool story…let’s get his name.. this can be vetted VERY easily…Look up the book Fearless about Adam Brown. My wifes best friends husband carried him down the mountain. Me, either!!Seeing “CAG/DEVGRU” in someone’s resumes doesn’t mean anything to me…
Oh; we did….@Shooter24 and @Derek8404.
This is a friendly reminder from an owner to knock it the hell off.
If you wish to continue this tirade, so long as no threats are given. Take it to pm.
I was on the FrogLube bandwagon for a good bit, but I had it gum up on me during a duck hunting trip. Since then, I have settled on WeaponShield or Clenzoil.
But...in my experience (which is far less than many of yall) most gun owners will never put the use on a firearm to the point that type of lubrication will actually matter all that much. Most issues I have seen has been due to a lack of lubrication all together and people running BCGs and slides dry. At that point, chapstick or vaseline would have been just as helpful compared to what they were using...nothing.
But I get it, we are gun dudes...we gonna find what we like and stick with it because it works. But for the vast majority of gun owners, what you use isnt nearly as important as you use something at all.
I know plenty of guys. But some on here bash anyone that says that. Must be because they know everything and have the most perfect life they can pick on others.
Really dude?? Is it that serious?? She who shall not be named posted some nonsense and I callled it . No “threats” were made. You talks on this forum you get called on it … is that not acceptable anymore???@Shooter24 and @Derek8404.

If you had just said that... But, unfortunately, you went on to qualify the guy, which is what I believe brought on the onslaught.I simply said i know a navy seal that doesnt touch the stuff. What you want to make of itis your story. Makes me think this forum is a waste of time
Lol im done with thisIf you had just said that... But, unfortunately, you went on to qualify the guy, which is what I believe brought on the onslaught.
I had tried several lubes, including one I got direct from a company rep at a 3-Gun match. Where most of them "failed" for me is when a gun is left sitting for a while, like in the safe and the carrier eventually evaporates away, they gummed up. I tend to use light coats, basically lube the parts and wipe away the excess, leaving the residual for lube. Sometimes, more to allow for distribution of the lube via the action. For me, TW25B never gums and leaves a lubricative coating when it dries. Not as slick when wet, but not gummy.I’ve stayed out of this thread but since I’m here….
I used the FLube for a few years. Followed all the directions, heated the parts, used the paste and wiped them clean.
No issue for a couple of years.
Then I cleaned and lubed my truck gun. It stayed behind the seat for about a year. Ended up at an impromptu shoot one night. Grabbed the truck gun and the action was frozen.
I had to use brake cleaner to get it to move. It looked like someone had poured Mt Dew on all the parts.
Haven’t used it since.
Oh, and there are technically only 2 seal teams. All the other numbers are for the movies.
I’ve used that same trick with stuff a little better than WD40. But that will work too.I had tried several lubes, including one I got direct from a company rep at a 3-Gun match. The heat thing is interesting. Supposedly it opens the pores of the metal. Many years ago, my brother in-law had an old S&W Model 60 given to him by an old friend. It had some surface rust. My brother in-law worked in metal plating, but he polished all the bluing off with a bench buffing machine and the hit it with WD-40 while it was still "hot". Like you couldn't hold it without gloves hot. He left it in the white and I never saw rust on it again.
