I am gonna get me one of these soon, for the price why not. I already have the pump action model from the same brand and it's been working fine.

They mentioned breaking it in with high velocity ammo, any recommendations?

They mentioned breaking in my BP12 with the same sort of ammo and it ran fine out the box with trash #8.

I have a Radikal Arms MKX-3. G-force imports from them.
High brass and 1400+ fps is what I read.
I have been using slugs to break it in.
I have some old Federal and some newer Mili and Troy it seems to like.
I tried some Sterling "Tornado" slugs and it seemed like the brass wasn't quite high enough and the plastic kept getting pinched in the magazine.
Granted, I have only fired about 60 rounds so the recommended break in is only half complete.
Definitely likes the 5 round mags better.
The entire shotgun loosened up during this outing.
I tore it down, cleaned and tightened it all back up.
Feels good to shoot as I seem to be a glutton for punishment with the slugs.
Hopefully I won't have so many issues with ftfs by removing the Sterlings from the line up.
I will try some lighter loads as well. No reason to use up all the slugs if I don't need to.
Let us know how your break in goes. I am sure there are a bunch of people who have these or variants.

When you say you tightened it up what do you mean?

It was mainly the stock and barrel shroud.
The whole thing flexed, noticeably, as these two worked themselves loose.
This is the first shotgun like this I have had so wasn't sure what to expect.
I felt kind of rushed while shooting as I wasn't the only one using the lane.
I did have some issues with ammo jamming...or magazines not feeding??
To the point it was very difficult to remove the magazine and clear the chamber.
But I was always able to do so.
I have some 5 and 9 round magazines I got from PSA when they were on sale.
I need to go on my own so I have some time to figure it out.
Fun to shoot when it was running.
It did shoot the higher power rounds better.

The one I have is different than the one you are ordering.
I am curious as I would imagine the internals on these semi auto turkish guns may be similar?
I would like to try some 3" high brass shells to see of it makes any difference.

It seems like most of them are Benelli knockoffs that share most parts with a different shell on them.

I picked it up last night, looks interesting. The carry handle is plastic which I knew before I bought it and can be replaced if needed. I will grant them that the controls almost look like an exact copy from a standard AR right to the size and shape of the buttons/levers.

I read the manual on how to take it apart. Oof! Tools and time needed is all I will say!

I have 125 rounds of 1400 fps shells at hand and 2 extra 10 round mags from Panzer Arms. You can tell they were made in the same factory as the floor plates are exactly the same. Next Saturday is the first outing...

I am debating bringing that one with the hot 1400 fps ammo or maybe the pump with normal ammo since 2 of the 3 interns are ladies and I am not sure if this is a bit too much of a thumper?

So ... first outing today with some 1400 fps shells for the break in. Fired one round, didn't fully cycle, cycled it the rest of the way manually and fired second round. After that it won't cycle anymore at all, the bolt won't go all the way home and the bolt has no more spring tension at all. Ideas?

Update after the repair it now works fine most of the time, 2 range sessions with one failure to feed, not shot a lot probably another 40-60 rounds but doing okay for a range toy so far. Big thumper with the hot loads.

Getting close to 100 rounds now with no more real issues other than the drum mag not feeding well (got a full refund). Like the way it shoots generally.

So today we fired the last 28 rounds of hot 1400 fps ammo to conclude the break in, it fired all of those just fine. Afterwards we loaded up some 20 rounds of 1300 fps ammo I had and we had 2 light primer strikes but otherwise those went downrange as well. For a range gun it is alright and a lot of fun.

Interesting, this model is like my Cetem, it won't let you chamber a round manually with the safety on. Is that a thing with semi auto shotguns?
