Curious if anyone else has encountered .156 *steel* pins when you received your Geiselle High Speed National Match fire control group - that will NOT go into the .154 bores, in *aluminum”???

And, what did you do?

Hello!

I had the holes gauged yes; they were .154 on the money.

Geissele “Sr Tech.“ Justin’s response was adamant and repeated, “You just need to beat on them harder - they‘ll eventually go in.” 🙄

Since posting my query back in August I have since went with a LaRue MBT-2S trigger and wish I’d listened to the advice to go with the LaRue in the first place.

Every geissele pin i have ever used has been tight but you shouldnt have to beat them in at all lol the larues are great triggers as well

I typically use KNS pins. Even though it isn’t required I stuck them with the 3 geissele triggers I have.
