Glock warranty question

Sent a slide in for refinishing + night sights and it was received a week ago
Was wondering if anyone knows how long it’ll be till I hear anything back or until my card will be charged ??
 
I had rear sight go out on one of my glocks that was from factory with amerglos. It went and was back in week. That was prior covid and all the new gun owners with non existent problems. I would say couple weeks or more. Just call and ask. Their CS was great for me to deal with.

Call them up and ask. They will give you an honest timeframe. With Covid things have certainly gotten hectic for Glock. Some months back at the “peak” They had Glock shooting sports folks testing firearms and helping out they were so busy. They even had executives and sales people on the line supposedly

Ive called multiple times only to be transferred to a voicemail when I ask

Okay ,I finally got in touch with them after getting sent to voicemail multiple times

Leave the warranty folks a voicemail and they call you back usually within the next few hours

Do you happen to know if Glock covers rust under the warranty by any chance ?
I don’t think it was caused by negligence because I’ve wiped it down with a rag that has corrosion x on it after every day
