Guilford County NC Concealed Weapon Permit

Id get a Florida permit if south carolina stopped being scum
 
Thanks for the thread. I was beginning to think they had lost my paperwork but I guess this is normal for Guilford. I dropped off everything for renewal 9/17, permit expired 10/15 and I still haven’t heard back. Sounds like I’ll be waiting at least another month…ridiculous…let’s hope we can vote this Sheriff out next election.
 
In Johnston County you can get a PPP in 2 to 3 days. And can have 5 at once. I would doubt most folks would buy 5 pistols quickly. Just me but I don't understand why the Concelaed carry permits are so different. You can get a permit in a few days and carry that gun in plain view. Put a jacket over it and were talking major delays. I'd be interested to know if it takes a long time in Guilford to get a PPP. The law in NC is super antiquated anyway.
