Okay, so the last thing I need is another pocket rocket, but I fondled one today. Impressive, sir!!
And 14+1 with the extended magazine! And fits my gargantuan meat beater exceptionally well!

Any of y’all have them? Pros? Cons? What kind of upgrades or improvements do you have?

Capacity is great for the size pistol. The grip feel is very nice for my hands. Stock gun on the ones I have shot, haven't really looked for options in the aftermarket side at this time. Another great option in the small nines.

Get it..
I was surprised at how much I liked mine. I found it as easy as a larger pistol, G19, to hit the targets. The ergo's are great & my old eyes do like that big front site dot. The trigger's better than my glocks. The Sig has a lighter trigger, I believe that's because the striker's already cocked back. The Hellcat's striker isn't loaded, and it's has a firing pin block like the Glock as well. I feel it's a safer EDC option, ESPECIALLY when pointed towards me junk.

The Sig has a better trigger.
My experience as well. I was very underwhelmed by the hellcat’s trigger, but truthfully, a pocket rocket’s trigger doesn’t necessarily predict how well it will put rounds on target for me.

I found it much better that the 3 G43's I tried. Felt lighter, and a lot smoother.

I shot both the P365 and the Hellcat rentals several times as range rentals before I decided on the P365. The Hellcat seemed to have more felt recoil to me than the P365 and I could get back on target faster with the P365. I also agree with others that the trigger is better on the P365 but mileage will vary since everyone likes something different.

I have two Hellcats, one is OSP. I mounted a Swamp Fox optic and shot about 350 rounds. I also had my local Smith (a genius) work on the OSP trigger. Long story short I switched the slide and retired the OSP slide and the unfired frame in favor of iron sights. For me, the irons are faster and I'm not willing to put more rounds, if I could find some, to relearn how to shoot with the optic.
I have owned 2 P365s, the grip didn't suit me.
In the final chapter I am now back to carrying a Shield -.357Sig, or 9mm - which I shoot much better than the Hellcat.

the big complaints about the hellcat seem to be the trigger, but there are aftermarket ones out already for like 50-60
I may be addressed in the next revision though, since it's a very common complaint.

i wouldn't mind one, but the going rate for them right now is pretty crazy.

I will share my recent experiences with a P365 and Hellcat. A friend owns both and I asked him which one he liked better? He offered to let me shoot and evaluate both pistols for myself. Handling them and dry fire leading up to actually shooting them - I preferred the Sig. I thought the sights on the Sig seemed better as well as the trigger. However in live fire on steel plates with a timer involved. (No holster juts started at Low ready) I was faster on a plate rack by about 10-12% over the P365. I was able to settle the front dot in the “U” on the rear very well and slightly faster than the 3 dot on the Sig. Recoil impulse was a little better - my 16 year old daughter agreed and felt the Hellcat was “easier” to shoot.
Both are fantastic micro compacts, but I give the edge to the Hellcat.

Love mine but haven't shot a 365 to compare. It's been flawless at the range, points very naturally for me, small enough for comfortable IWB but I still prefer a paddle. I'm happy enough with the trigger in range drills not to upgrade it.

I agree. I have two, one OSP. I have a Swamp Fox optic mounted on the OSP. In the comparisons I've done, the irons are faster. Maybe I'm just too old to change, but I have essentially retired the OSP version.

I've been happy with mine. Conceals well, trigger is adequate, very nice capacity. I've had no problems picking up the stock OSP sights. It's shot everything I've tried, incl. the super dirty russian steel case.

I had a few teething issues at first with the extended magazine but it fixed itself after a few magazines worth of ammo. Slide is super stiff out of box but shooting it and sitting around racking it fixed that. The extended magazine pinches my pinky though. Always end up with a blood blister. I'm not sure how to fix that but it could just be my delicate little IT hands.

I had to trim the lugs to fit a 507k but it's not difficult to do. Just time consuming. That's my biggest strike against it but it's not really Springfield's fault.

I love mine and have no issue with the trigger. I put a laser on it on the single rail and love it. Took me a while to find it but htese guys sell a decent super compact laser and it comes with a warranty...course im gonna get flack for liking lasers but I like it for the sheer intimidation factor. but to each their ownCompact green laser that fits the helcat

Friend of mine has a Hellcat with a Sig Romeo dot and I've been really impressed with it. Not as snappy as I would've thought. She installed an Apex trigger that was a nice upgrade as well.

I like my hellcat. The grip is nice. The only gun where I took off the talon grips because the factory is better. I installed an Apex trigger shortly after buying and it’s nice. Longer travel but not necessarily a complaint for a carry gun.

I bought this to replace a stolen g42 and use it as such. A small pocket gun that I use if size is absolutely a factor. I really only use the 11rd mag with it because if I’m thinking about carrying with the 13 rounder I’ll just take my g43x with a 15rd shield mag.

I’m not a huge fan of the sights because I like to have tritium all around. I’ll do the same thing here where if it’s really dark like on a walk at night I’ll just take the 43x.

all in all for its purpose it’s a really nice option. I will still defer to my 43x whenever possible just because it’s a much better carry gun.

I bought one this afternoon. FDE with 2 mags and bought the 3 13 round mags he had as extra. Mags were a big reason that I bought the Hellcat over the P365. I like a LOT of mags with my weapons and Sig really thinks theirs are made of gold! Trigger is good, on par with my G43 so that had no effect on my buy. Little bit of gun, a whole lot of ammo!

What are mags going for for the hellcat?
