No other markings than what you see. It's a rimfire with bore diameter ~0.325"

It is a Flobert action. Likely Belgian made. Probably .32 Rimfire. They were common and popular in Europe for shooting in the back yard (garden) and commonly are called garden guns for this reason. Stock looks like it has been cut back and refinished.
