The more I mess with my cz scorpion the more I want a dedicated surpressor for it. Thoughts or should I be looking for something else?

Osprey 9 - dedicated cz scorpion
Omega 9k-dedicated cz scorpion
Octane
Something else

I currently have:
Griffin Armament checkmate QD
Rugged obsidian 45 - jail
Recce 5-jail
AAC 762 SD-jail
Deadair Ghost 45 - jail

Not sure why the Harvester is on the list?

Omega 9K or Osprey 9 (don't know of a 9ks) would be my suggestions...

Fixed it

I was going to put I'm open to all ideas really. It doesn't have to be a dedicated surpressor for my cz.

You have quite the list of jailbirds...

Octane is a good can. Mystic/X a consideration?

Maybe one of those adjustable length cans?

My vote for Omega 9k, cuz I'm getting one as it sits in jail now.

Currently running Gemtech Multimount dedicated on my CZ Scorpion.

I really like my octane on my scorpion but I do wish it was a K, so I could choose between length or suppression. The next pistol can I get will be a 45 K.

One thing to to keep in mind with the scorpion is mounting. Mounting solutions aren't endless due to their metric 18x1 threads and even the newer versions are odd with their dual threading. Then 3 lug adapters add more length than I'd be happy with. This was one of the selling features for me, SiCo has the 18x1 direct thread adapter.

Doesn't that depend on the gen of scorpion? I thought the new ones have standard threads.

9k would be cool on there. I do have a yhm wraith qd for sale on the cheap if you want it. It's a bit longer then the 9k but only weights 10oz. 9k is 9 oz. the yhm sounds great on the mpx with subs and supers.

Looks like I'm all set. I purchased the wraith from a certain someone.

Thanks all!

Looking at what you already have, I would choose the 9K. You already have a full size pistol suppressor.

Nice plan having multiple items in process. That way you always having something coming.

My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. BigWaylon said a while back to try to do something every month if possible so you're never waiting that long on your next one.

I actually went out of the box. I ended up with another gun and surpressor. I'm the proud new owner of a Sig mpx and YHM wraith.

I think a 9k and YHM turbo are in the works in the next two months. I have to pay off this recent purchase first.

I am waiting for someone like Silencerco to make a modular suppressor like the Salvo, but in 9mm. I would like the option to have a K and full size versions.

This thread is leading me toward my birthday present. Is the 9M only a pistol can or can a 3-lug be installed?

It's your birthday. You deserve to be celebrated, why not buy yourself a suppressor.

I can't imagine it won't take a 3-lug. I'd assume it uses the same one currently offered. Here's a bit of info AAC posted on ARFCOM:

The original Ti-RANT 9 was groundbreaking when it was first introduced and many say to this day that it still is the benchmark of sound reduction and simplicity in 9mm silencers. The goal obviously was to improve on that platform and combine the 2 silencers into one silencer.

The couple things that will stand out on the new 9M is that it's a tool less take down design and very user serviceable. Also not complacent with standard performance we wanted to make it better at the same time a little quieter. We achieved this with a patent pending design.

On a service-sized Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm, with a Storm Lake threaded barrel, shooting Remington L9MM9 147 grain subsonic ammo, the 9M will consistently deliver -32dB dry reduction (124 dB) in full-size configuration and -21 dB dry reduction (134 dB) in the short configuration. With 5cc’s of water added, the 9M will deliver ~38+dB reduction (~118dB) for 15-25 shots in full-size configuration, and -32dB reduction (124 dB) in short configuration. *NOTE to the dB chasers* These readings are not "fluffed up" and recorded exactly as logged. As you know location, elevation, ammo humidity will have a effect on sound, your ear will tell you which one is quieter. For those who own or shot a original Ti-RANT 9 you will notice some improvement on sound reduction.

and the fact the catalog mentions using it on a full-auto subgun makes me think it even more...

It can be 3 lugged. Its pistol/ sub 300 blkout rated as well as full auto.

I looked into the AAC 9M and 45M some more. I think they are rated for subguns, but in a direct thread with fixed barrel spacer configuration.

Have to disagree. Straight from the 2017 catalog:
