Was in the garage Monday and glanced around and didn’t see one of my chainsaws. Hmmm. Hundreds upon hundreds of power tools, lawn equipment, hand tools, electrical instruments and they take my 30 year old saw and an electricians small portaband saw. I would need months to determine if other stuff is gone. Also opened the empty handgun cases on the opposite shelf but only two of them. I worked 91, 87, 80, and 80 hours the last four weeks and every night at 8pm the door was up. Come home in the middle of the day for parts- door up. She smokes in the garage and likes the smoke to roll out like a campfire.
I’ve told my wife a million times to not leave the garage open to the public. We live downtown and on the busiest traveled sidewalk in Newton. Her answer when I announced they were gone? “OK I keep it down.” Wasn’t her stuff. She don’t care. Think I will give her a bill for them as it seems only money makes one think. Will she pay it. Yep but there will be no groceries in the refrig for a month.
