He might agree to a small smoker for now...maybe if I’m sweet enough to him haha...actually thinking about doing a beer can chicken on the charcoal grill this weekend using your dry rub. First time for this so fingers crossed!

Welcome to the forum. Your post just inspired me to try the beer can chicken. Of course I mentioned it my (potter) wife who said they make baking dishes for that for the oven that you pour the beer in.
I said this is the hillbilly method you put the can in the chicken and put it on the grill.
Oh he has more to tell on me than I do him... silly, goofy and stuff [emoji2]
